We are business professionals with a background in international and British companies at operational, managerial and corporate level. We have experience in all areas of assessment and recruitment, training and development, outplacement and company and departmental restructure.

With over 40 years’ experience in a number of industries, the two Directors have practical knowledge gained from both sides of the fence. We are able to offer help, specific to your particular company or individual requirements.

Nicola – has a background in operational management in the aviation industry with extensive experience in selection, recruitment assessment, training and development, re-deployment and career re-evaluations.  During her time with a major US carrier, she successfully managed the downsizing and restructure of several locations where she was able to deploy and resettle existing staff into new careers. Since leaving aviation, she has applied her extensive skills to a number of major international companies in many different sectors, providing services for assessment of front line staff, graduates and managers.

Pam - is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience of recruitment and selection, assessment and development, restructure and redeployment gained from working with renowned companies in a number of business sectors. Among her key achievements, she has designed and run assessment centres for a number of senior roles, including Marketing Director, Finance graduates and a volume recruitment project for senior sales managers.

The Directors are supported by a team of experienced consultants with expertise in all areas.
